I have banked with this credit union my entire life.
I have never encountered any troubles or issues so far.
Recently I requested a signature loan in order to pay off a couple high interest credit cards. The process was extremely easy and painless. I applied online and even did so with my phone. The application website was surprisingly easy to use. This is the first time that I have ever requested a loan by myself and the credit union was really great about walking me through everything as well as explaining all the ins and outs of the process and the future payments as well as interest and how it all works. It took a total of one application and one face to face interaction to receive approval. The credit union even took care of paying off the card that I have through them, for me. I didn't have to do a thing and received a notification within 3 days that the payment had posted and my card had a $0 balance.
The website is a little lacking in features, though. It could be better. I wish I could see more details per transaction and had an easier way to view each transaction.
The mobile app could definitely use some work as well. There are some features I would love to see implemented. I would like to have the ability to log in with my fingerprint, like a lot of my other apps allow me to do. I wish the push notifications worked better.
The Apple pay implementation was quite fast, overall. Within a couple weeks of having my phone, I was notified that my cards are now eligible for use. Adding them in was a little more difficult than I would have liked, but that is simply because my debit card is a printed card, rather than stamped with raised numbers. The apple camera realized they weren't raised letters and wouldn't allow me to "scan" it in, so I was forced to type it all.
The staff at the credit union is always extremely nice and helpful. Everyone seems to have a smile on their face and have gotten to recognize me when I come in for some help.
