Complaint To Unlock My Account
For over one year my account was not frozen, buh now that i got my tax refund payment on the saving account, then i linked my greendot account with it to remove my money. Same account name, unfortunately you said the transactions failed and why do you have to lock my account without providing a way out to remove my money on it... That's why cash app was the best online banking because if your cash app was locked or closed, they will provide a way out to remove your money and lock their account.. You can not lock my account and lock my money.. That's not gonna be accepted and i will have to file this case if my account is not unlocked for me to remove my money on it.

Do Not Use This Bank
By all means DO NOT ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GET THIS BANK!!!! They randomly closed my account with $400 dollars in there and want me to wait till Monday to get a reason on why they closed my account account also $200 was stolen out my account and they denied my claim saying to refer to Apple Pay!!, they don’t have fraud protection at all, they don’t care about the customers and everybody there barely speaks english, i wait over 20 days to hear something back about my $200 and they did nothing but send me a email saying that I would have to reach out to Apple after I already spoke with Apple provide evidence and they now have closed my account with my work check and my taxes in my account if you owe Chex system clear it up before you use this bank I would never do business with them again. Fuck them trees
