Awesome Credit Union!

I love this credit union! Friendly, helpful, always letting me know of ways I could save money. No organization is perfect, but if there's a problem they always work to resolve it right away. I appreciate the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Thanks for helping me with my money!

We recently went to our bank to see about a re-fi and converting our land contract into a mortgage. The bank wasn't interested in working with us so...we went to Marshall Community Credit Union at the Battle Creek branch, where our land contract was serviced. Sarah Troutner, the branch mgr. met us at the door with a smile asking what we needed. She looked at the account, saw no late pymnts in 6 yr.s and got the ball rolling. She introduced us to her associates who would be helping with the re-fi, gave superb advice on raising our credit scores. We took all of her advice and came out with life changing results. They paid off the LC converted into a mortgage, cut our APR in half, cut our payoff by 4 1/2 yr.s. We are in the process of transferring all of our accounts to MCCU and cannot believe the benefits of membership. The level of professionalism and knowledge demonstrated by all of the great people we have come to know at MCCU has proven to have such a positive impact on our lives. We just can't say enough.

Terrible Bank

Seriously the worst bank in this county. I had an issue which caused me to argue with the branch in Marshall, MI for 2 days and went to the branch in Battle Creek and they solved my issue within 5 minutes. I wish u could do a separate review per branch. The branch in Marshall, MI is terrible, they have very low quality in customer service. The branch in Battle Creek is amazing.
