Loan Issues

I received a car loan years ago with little/no issues. Today i went to get one and it seems like they are dragging their feet once they have already run the credit check and they have continued asking for one thing after the next almost as if they don't want to provide the loan. Also my loan "officer" is not helpful and just tells me what I HAVE to do to get the loan and was not helpful at all. Closing my accounts and moved my car loan elsewhere where it was almost instantly approved.
