My Experience With Newtek Bank

Posted by: |

I wrote a 5-star review on the Newtek Bank page about my experience in opening an account. A representative from Newtek phoned to thank me for my business.

Just opened a new account with this bank and want to warn everyone that if you need to contact them by phone, email or ask for a call back...FORGET IT!
They will keep you on hold for days & never respond to a call back request. When it comes to customer service, it doesn't exist. When a bank keeps you on hold for customer service for over two hours it says loud & clear THEY DON'T GIVE A RATS' A** about you! BEWARE!
