My experience was awesome! The customer rep took care of me and I am grateful! Thank you! I would recommend if you need a credit union def go to them!
I chose Neighborhood Credit Union due to its convenient location to my home. It was literally right down the street. I had also read the reviews online ahead of time and they had been nothing but stellar. The service was good and I didn't have too many issues with using their website or their mobile app. My only complaint was that I felt that the fees that charged were a bit excessive compared to a national bank brand, but that was offset by the products that they offered to me as a customer. For instance, I have an account with a national bank and they would not approve me for a personal to help pay off some debts that I had incurred, whereas Neighborhood Credit Union was more than happy to help me out. I liked the personal aspect that belonging to a credit union brings over being a faceless name on a page.
Not helpful and always talking to you like you don't know what you're talking about. Then, when you want a manager...all of a sudden none are available
Always poor service over the phone. Incompetent and lazy workers. Who ever heard of financial institution that doesn't take deposits at a ATM? They need to get with the program!
