Nicolet Bank is the worst. Do not use.
1. Failed to remove Husband after bringing in death certificate. 2 Years and finally done.
2. Superimposed Soc. Sec. Numbers between mine and deceased husband. This caused big mess, Blocked account, screwed up Zelle, unable to fix in timely manner.
3. Failed to order checks in timely manner.
4. Once checks were ordered, account number was wrong resulting in a bounced check. Never bounced a check in my life.
5. I Gave Nicolet documents regarding check and bad checks back, Now want the mechanic who had the bounced check go out of his was (a second time) to write a letter, and he is overworked now.
