Great Bank Really Bad Customer Service

Posted by: |

For some Reason all of the older ladies at this bank have really nasty attitudes. Bud is great it’s always a great encounter with him and the young bank tellers as well. The those ladies in the bank room are horrible starting with the lady that sits at the desk when you first walk back there Yeah the one with the God Awful wig she’s always bitter. But I love the bank overall they do great business.

Ive been around since this credit union was the county cu,,ive noticed how ive been discriminated against, now why would i say that,,simply because ,i was told by a worker if your having a problem just call,,well i had to make that call,,mz ramonia told me flat out ,,we wont do it for you!!
I have over 100 overdraft fees because my deposit will hit but if i have transactions pending they will send them all into return statue, charging me 30 per item, ive been totally humiliated, for the laat time ,,,all these years i hate to say good by,but enough already,,im on a fixed income, you kickied me literally while i was down, battling cancer,,the unnecessary stress encountered by the CU,has me opposed,,the audacity,of you Ramonia

Additional Factors: Institutions with a small asset base, a short operating history, or negative return on assets can represent an instability risk beyond what their financial ratios indicate. Ohio's First Class Credit Union has a relatively low asset base.
