More than five years with OSCU and have had no problems with customer service or account issues. Quite the contrary. They paid serious attention when I had a problem with a VPN vendor and returned the money to my credit card the vendor would not do. Getting almost 5% interest on a short 8 mo. CD and I sure like that. They always promptly respond to any inquiry I have and even gave me access to the general council and chief financial officer to ask my questions. Unlike WAFD, OSCU has NOT been recently downgraded by Moody's. I like my OSCU.
