My Experience As A Customer

I've been a Credit Union member since 1978, and I've deal with the staff at the Mississippi and Chambers location since 1992. Overall, their service has been fast and efficient. In particular, yesterday while working with Ms. Ashley Henderson, she took the time to notice a clause in my auto loan contract that was very favorable to me. I really appreciated that she was able to catch that. I will continue to have Partners service my financial needs going forward.

Credit Union To Be With

I work in the auto industry and all my customers love Partner CO cu. I also have all my personal accounts with them as well and love them just as much as my customers!

They help you out when they can. They waive fees when they can. Its a great place to be!

IRA Transfer Went Okay

I transferred a Roth IRA from Vanguard to Partner Colorado due to a better CD rate. Trustee to Trustee Transfers are a complicated and it went fine.

Communication could have been a bit better. I expected my contact to notify me when the funds had arrived, but I had to initiate contact to confirm the transaction.

Considering that Partner has the highest 3 year CD rate in the nation, all in all, I'm satisfied.

I was told today "No out of State membership"

Bank Somewhere Else

I highly recommend banking at another credit union! Ive been a member for approximately 24 years. In january I had to replace my debit card because the chip didnt work. Ever since then, after numerous visits and phone calls the credit union is unable to give me a card with a working pin. Now their not even returning my calls. Not to mention that each person I've talked to tells me a different answer as to how its supposed to work. After 3 months I've been patient enough. Ive closed most of my accounts and gone to a new credit union and will be changing my main account as soon as i go through the painstaking process of changing my direct deposit and automatic withdrawals. Shout out to Aleesa and Ron, youre both pleasant but in the end if the bank can't figure our how to issue a card with a pin what is the point? Three months is patient enough for a resolution.

One Star Rating Is Too Much!

I've been with Credit Unions since I was about 18---and this is the ABSOLUTE WORST one I've ever encountered on earth.  Flee before you get involved with this bunch!  They don't return phone calls, don't fix their mistakes without you having to "pull eye teeth" to get them to do it.  You can even go in and sit down with them, leave thinking that they have it figured out--and then they'll mess something up.

Additional Factors: Institutions with a small asset base, a short operating history, or negative return on assets can represent an instability risk beyond what their financial ratios indicate. Partner Colorado Credit Union has a negative return on assets.
