I recently financed a convertible as my summer/fall vehicle, It was so difficult to work with them in terms of insurance, I don't believe they understand coverages, I advised I can have comp while in winter along with the DMV affidavit but they will enforce insurance on your toys even though your are not using them, on top of that, the 3rd party administrator they use does not verify the information updated, it was a horrible experience, they webpage is slow, and has a lot of bugs to log in, very tricky you cannot even make payments on the web, I will not advise this financial institution to no one. I paid my loan sooner just not to deal with them.
I refinanced my car through this company and I hate dealing with them. They are very rude every time I have to deal with them.... I do not recommend them. BTW this is the first time I have ever worked with a Credit Union. (Never again)
