I have been a customer since mid 80's, I can't imagine a better place to do your banking and they keep there tellers, so when you go in the door you always fine a friendly face and someone you know, All of the dept. heads have been there for years, they all know your name and your needs. WHO COULD ASK FOR ANYTHING MORE.
I recently financed a convertible as my summer/fall vehicle, It was so difficult to work with them in terms of insurance, I don't believe they understand coverages, I advised I can have comp while in winter along with the DMV affidavit but they will enforce insurance on your toys even though your are not using them, on top of that, the 3rd party administrator they use does not verify the information updated, it was a horrible experience, they webpage is slow, and has a lot of bugs to log in, very tricky you cannot even make payments on the web, I will not advise this financial institution to no one. I paid my loan sooner just not to deal with them.
I called the bank manager, complained to her that I received poor customer service from approx. 3 tellers. Also spoke to their tech person; told her (him??? Not sure what's p.c.) I kept getting kicked off online banking (was new to I); this person stated it "was my computer;" this couldn't happen. Didn't occur to this simpleton that hello; the system was timing me out. Had this basic fact occurred to her, I'd have made a point of looking up (vs. down at the checkbook I was balancing); as it gives you less than one minute before it kicks you off. Am now, as a direct result of that call, getting horrible treatment. Was lied to by the bank manager, when I asked if I could dispute a charge; she blatantly lied; stating they would not ALLOW me to dispute ANY bank charges whatsoever, that I make using my bankcard. Had to go into the bank, face her and tell her I knew this to be false. Now, I just tried to make a purchase, and my bank card was declined - even though I have plenty of $ in this account.
Obviously am dealing with a very small time, inept, and apparently spiteful group of individuals at this very unprofessional bank.
