Pinnacle Bank has the best quality and customer service in Wyoming. I have had a checking and savings account with them for many years, and they offer the best services and competitive rates in the basin. Particularly, I enjoy the Bank located in Gillette, WY. They always go above and beyond my expectations and have an exceptional fraud department that monitors my account and activity to secure protection. I will continue to use them for many years as I feel they look out for the best interest in their customers and not just trying to make a dollar.
Truth
My husband and I moved to a new town and had to change banks yet again. The person who greeted us was very friendly plus also helpful. She opened our new account quickly. In the following days to come we had some more questions and she and her coworkers helped us with some of the problems we were having setting up our pin numbers and getting online. I have never been welcomed so in any other bank I have been a customer at. I would strongly recommend this bank.
