Having to perform certain requests in person is a huge inconvenience. I had not received my updated debit cart by the expiration date of my previous card. When I went to the local branch (you can not request a replacement card online) I was given a form to fill out and told it would be a few weeks before I received my card. A few weeks is a long time to not have a debit card to use. The staff is generally friendly enough but not overly helpful. The services seem very limited compared to my other national accounts.
I have sent emails, messages, called all to no avail. They will return no emails and will not answer their phones (I've called 3 of their number so far) except to play their recorded menu and finally can get the option to leave my name and number. Yeah, right you guessed it - I get the same response the one as I do from the emails - exactly ZERO response.
I have money in this bank and I am out of state so not convenient to go to the bank physically.
Has anyone on here been able to communicate in any way with this bank lately?
