I stopped going to Red Lion Rd before the plandemic. The reason was the girls were putting in complaints about me and referencing certain things they felt not so comfortable. Well be respectful to the dress code and stop dressing up skanks. One dressed up like they were a night club or something.
I did consult a lawyer and the lawyer told me nothing they could do about it and they have to deal with their bullshit.
Coin machines not even worth it. the teller machines not worth it. no one needs to look to see what your amts in your accounts are.
If I had a loan close to being paid off I would go some place else. The programmer needs to do better job.
Been a member for over a year....it took almost two months to join this dump. It was harder to join this credit union than it was just to get my mortage. Nevertheless, after joining I applied for a credit card since I was told they offer big limits on their cards. Took the credit inquiry and was approved for 10k....awesome right? Nope! The decision was reversed after they saw I don't live in Pennsylvania. Never told me up front might as well not become a member if you don't live here because banking needs you may have will NOT be given to you. Over a year as a member and every time I have called them the reps on their member video chats (who by the way are the most fake individuals you will ever come across) ask me if I want to close my account...with a smile on their face. A complete joke. When I tell them no that's when I get their attitude. Like our rudeness didn't scare you off? Well okay what do you want because we are not giving you anything besides a checking account....cool! Glad I spent months attempting to join a credit union that will ONLY offer me a checking account. When I've asked for more than a checking account 100% of the time I am told we take care of the members that are in our community and even though you're a member you need to find a bank close to where you live. Think again assholes....I'm parking my whooping $5 there forever and will be getting my hard works worth by rating you 1/5 stars wherever I can find and will be cussing out every agent that I come in contact with. Am I salty? Nah just pissed that these people wasted my time and I will make sure I waste theirs as much as I want. Gotta love those membership perks hahaha

WAY TOO MANY pop-up adds. Takes FOREVER to sign in.. Needed to do a quick transfer.....after 22 minutes I gave up!! I get their ads in mail and with my monthly statements....DONT need daily updates for their products.....WHo has money for these, anyway??
If I could give negative stars I would. For the second time in three months I got locked out of my account AFTER someone else was able to steal hundreds of dollars from my account. After someone in another city was able to steal almost $600 from my account I was locked out when I tried to buy a second hand paperback online for $6. I had to go there personally after getting hung up on twice by their CSRs who couldn't figure out why I was upset when I called and further elevated the situation by taking an attitude with me. I went all the way to the branch to get it straightened out and the kid there got pissed off at me for being pissed off that anybody in the state except from me can access my account. And I don't even think he filed the fraud claim, I can't check because the account is still locked so now I have to go back again and deal with them again tomorrow. Worst financial institution ever. Only recommend this place to someone you don't like and want to see get ripped off then pissed on for their trouble.

I financed my car thru them and paid the loan off on 5/19. I called on 5/26 just to confirm the title had been sent to them from their corporate office and was assured it was mailed out to me on the 25th. I called again as I still didn't have it by June 1. I was told to call back if it was not there by this Monday, the 6th. I waited an extra day but it was not in the mail. I called again and was told it had been sent to a dealership in another state!!! They didn't even have the courtesy or decency to let me know, lied to my face!! I have a buyer who needs the title! It's a 20 year old lady who is starting her first job...and it's her first car. And I am getting ZERO help from AH! They grudgingly agreed to overnight it to me...when the dealership gets it back to THEM!! Problem is, they don't even have the correct contact info for them!!! The SUPERVISOR I spoke to HAD TO GOOGLE IT!!! SRSLY?? So now I am waiting here for them to FIX their screw up. And it's NOT the first one! I called to set the payment up to include an extra amount to apply directly to principal. I had a CSR walk me thru it to be sure it was done correctly.....and a few months later...NOPE. It was set to the side to accumulate until it reached a full payment and applied THEN....not each month as I instructed. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN!! I will be closing all of my accounts with them.
This is the worse experience I have had! Since COVID this financial institution has been finding ways to steal members' money. I called a few times about overdraft fees that were not supposed to come out. My account was on the plus side with no pending transactions. I keep having to transfer money from other accounts. Only to have multiple fees come out of a positive balance to make my account negative over $100.00. The customer service rep is blaming automatic bills that have been coming out for years with no issue.
I am going to another bank and never recommend this financial institution. i am embarassed as others I referred to listed the same issue and have left them.
