All In Credit Union - Mobile Check Deposit

Posted by: |

I tested the mobile check deposit feature at All In Credit Union today. Submitted a check for $500 (says maximum is $10K) to Savings this morning and the funds showed up in the account several hours later. I then transferred the $500 to my Add-on Smart CD. Efficient!

Nothing Is In

This Credit Union is the kind to avoid!
The CU is using the same loan application(credit, insurance, membership, deposit) for all kind of accounts opened through any channel(online, phone, branch).
Every application comes with QualiFile ChexSyatems Inquiry, even if the application from established member or for the change of the Account term when CD matures!

Easy Opening And Good CD Rates

I recently opened A 12 Month CD with unlimited add on with a 5.75% APYI received a call from a representative 3 days after applying and was able to fund by credit card. I also found out that you can open multiple 12 Month CD's so if the rate remains at 5.75%, I will open another 12 Month CD to extend the time I will receive the 5.75% rate. No problem linking accounts for external transfers and have used shared banking to deposit funds rather than a wire transfer to save the wire fee. I received interest rate from the day they received the deposit - a two day hold on withdrawal was applied. So far so good with this credit union.

Redneck Bank With Redneck Management.

This bank restricts banking, e.g., purchase of CD, to locals at some of the poorest counties of Al and MS, while eagerly offering loans and lines of credit nationally. After satisfying their stipulated membership criteria, my on-line application toward buying a CD, was ignored without a response

Fantastic Service And Wonderful People

The crew made it easy to transfer money. I do not live in state, but they helped me to join. A very good experience (and fast).

Doesn’T Care About The Customer

Posted by: |

I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with All In credit Union. They DO NOT care about the customer, only the business. In addition, avoid doing business with Sunlight Financial - these two businesses are out to screw over the customers.

Very poor customer service. Way too much to write about here but if you want to do some reading google Moxie Solar and how they knowingly screwed over countless customers. Sunlight financial and All In Credit Union are accessories to the massive fraud! The feds should shut them down! Maybe Karma will get them with all of the banks closing.

All In Credit Union, Easy To Join

I am a retired civilian who did not have a ready way to apply for All IN accounts except by joining AUSA. I have worked at Ft. Rucker and Red Stone in Alabama as an Engineer for Boeing on the Apache Helicopter, but that will not get you in. I am retired now in AZ.

From start to finish it took less than 24 hours to be approved by All In. Here are the steps I took:

1. Joined AUSA at https://www.ausa.org/ selecting 2 year free membership late last night.

2. I was not assigned to any chapter after logging in. So I emailed [email protected] and requested "I would like to be assigned to the Fort Rucker-Wiregrass Chapter, Fort Rucker, AL, United States. " . I also attached a copy/paste of my membership information found when logging on at AUSA into the email.

3. This morning I received an email from AUSA saying "You are now in the Fort Rucker Wiregrass Chapter." Important to keep this email.

4. So I applied at All In this morning, making sure to select "AUSA-Fort Rucker-Wiregrass Chapter- Fort Rucker, AL- Members" from the first pull down list. No issues as this is similar to other Credit Union application interfaces.

5. I applied for the 60 month 5% CD not the Jumbo. I chose this time to use PLAID for funding. All went well but there is a 50k limit on ACH funding of the non Jumbo CD.

6. I got a very friendly call later today from All In. They asked if I have ever been assigned to Fort Rucker. I said no but I was a member of AUSA-Fort Rucker-Wiregrass Chapter. She asked if I had any proof. I told her I had an email. She asked me to forward it to her email address. I did and she ran it through her manager while I was on hold. Came back approved. Very friendly CSR. Phone call lasted 8 minutes.

7. I received 2 emails to docu-sign the application for both me and my wife within an hour. We signed electronically. Downloaded as PDFs. Contains your member ID which you will need to complete he sign in process.

8. Went online and completed the sign-in process.
Logged in, and it showed the 2 accounts fully funded. Checked my ACH bank and it has yet to be hit with the withdrawal ACH.

9 Downloaded the ALL IN app. Logged in. All looks great.

I give the process a 5/5, web experience 5/5, and customer service a 5/5. Oh, and go ARMY!

Nice CU 4 Vets, Residents Of SE USA & National Memberships Available Thru Various Organizations!

If you are a military veteran or live/work, worship in the AL, NW Florida, area or will join a free national organization local chapter (Like AUSA as example) this may be a great alternative to a full-service bank. I applied for the higher-than-normal long term CD rates, but all their offering/benefits seem pretty strong. I like they are in the Credit Union Network, and you can access a branch even outside their local service area. If applying online, it may take several days even a week to get through the processes so be forewarned! The afterhours telephone contacts really can't do much for you, so you are better off to call your local/any open branch if making a telephone inquiry. However, one can be serviced NATIONALLY through a centralized "branch" if not local resident. Friendly and responsive reps but, many tasks performed seem to be one-person oriented departments so don't be in a rush! Typically, over time they are a USA leader with various high-rate CDs. Strong rating financially. Decent online website and plenty of freebies throughout their product line. Financially strong CU.

Unbelievable

90 days will be a year since money was hacked from my account, I waited a 180 days only to argue with the women in charge about my own money, that was evident of being hacked. I have been with this credit union for 11 years. I can't believe the reluctants of helping people receive back what's be stolen from them through this bank. I have direct deposit, and take care of a lot of business here, but I've realized it is UNSAFE!!!!!. I am reaching out to anyone in the same position to please help if you have answers.

Unreal Experience

If you think your experience is terrible, let your account get get a fraud or hacked. It used to take immediate to the next day for your money to be replaced. Say good bye to that. It takes 180-days now, and the 3rd party company that the bank deals with for their debit cards, will not respond, answer, and will deny to the bank that they received your dispute paperwork even if you have a tracking number, or a fax confirmation. I have lost over $3,800 and guess who they blame even though they can prove the system was hacked??? You guessed it. Me. I have been with AACFCU since 1983 and this new bank is BS. I used Army Aviation while I lived all over the country and throughout the Middle East. My last conversation was with a young lady who came to the phone to tell me her point of view. Immediately, I can tell she was as ignorant and low rent as she could be.

I hope this bank fails miserably.

Bad Company

DONT USE THE PEOPLE THEY ARE CROOKS AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. PAID OFF AND SWITCH BANKS. I had a loan with these people for five years on auto draft. I switched insurance companies for the vehicle on the loan. They charged me a 698$ fee for a 15 day lapse of coverage. Then they said send us the updated insurance info and we will reimburse the 698$. Sent all the info in and thought the matter was settled. 5 months later found out that they have been charging me 20$ a month late fees because the 698$ wasn't paid. I called they said that there wasn't anything they could do.
