The conduct and decision making of the employees of the Goodman street branch, are , for the lack of a better word , outrageous.
My elderly mother used Bill Pay to schedule a payment for a new roof on her house using her Heloc, which she has had open for many years.
Seemingly on a whim, an employee decided she was no longer going to honor the loan agreement and threatened to close the account without making the payment she had scheduled.
When I spoke to CEO ANDREA THUNE, , on behalf of my mother concerning this matter, she also, at the urging of this same employee, threatened to close the account without making the payment, although she could offerr no credible reason for doing this. They also then just randomly disabled her online account, again without warning or reason.
This has left my 80 year old mother extremely upset and alarmed her credit will be ruined. The rudeness of these two employees when speaking to both of us was, as I previously saI'd, outrageous.
I would strongly warn any person considering opening an account there not to do so.
