Terrible! Fees Galore And Bad Products. I LEFT Them!
I was a member of the local Musicians Credit Union, which was small, but okay. Then they decided to be taken over by SAG-AFTRA CU, and I became a member of SAG-AFTRA CU. It didn't last long. I was so repulsed by their sky-high fees (including for things that no other CU charges for) that I closed out all my accounts and left them for good. Good riddance.
Fees up the wazoo for anything and everything, terrible customer service, and products that are nothing to warrant joining them for. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. Don't bank here just because you're in SAG. You'll regret it. There are plenty of wonderful all-access credit unions (like Alliant, for one -- but many, many others, including many local SoCal ones too) that are light years better than this place.
I can't put it better than this: I'm a member of multiple credit unions, but I never actually LEFT one -- and closed out all my accounts -- until SAG-AFTRA.
Go elsewhere.
