Went today to open a 9 month special CD, but the rate dropped from 5.6% to 5.35% for 9 months. Special for 13 months is 5.25% .

Easiest Online Account Opening I Ever Had!

The account opening software was very user friendly. Opening micro deposits came next day over night. Day after micro deposits were acknowledged opening deposit was pulled from bank. Whole experience was super friendly and efficient.
Excellent 13 month CD rate.

They should have indicated that in their website before asking to apply for their %5.65 special CD. I won't waste my time by calling them.
