Field of Membership Restrictions
TEN Credit Union offers membership to those who live or work in the Tennessee counties of Hamblen, Sumner, or Williamson, or in the Zip Codes of 37408, 37409 or 37410. Individuals who work or are retired from an educational institution in Tennessee, as well as current students and alumni, also qualify for membership. Work at or are retired from one of our 300+ employers, partner companies, and businesses in Tennessee. Who work for the Tennessee cities of Gallatin, Morristown, New Johnsonville, or White House. Employees of any utility district in Tennessee or its commissioner qualify for memberships, as do family members of current members. Members of the PENCIL Foundation are also eligible to join.

Difficult Card Activation
My husband, who is deaf, needed to have his new debit card activated. I called the 866 phone # listed on the card, went through the automated system, & was connected with a woman with a heavy Indian accent. She refused to deal with me, even after my husband gave her permission to do so. Then I called the local branch in Cookeville, was put on hold for 30 min.(in addition to the 28 min earlier in the week to order the card). The person that I dealt with was very nice, apologized for the nonsense that we had been through, & she activated the card.
