Not Will To Help

Money was accidentally taken out of my shared branch account and when it was explained to the branch manger at the West lake branch what happened she was unwilling to reverse the money back into my account. Knowing what happened she stated it would have to be investigated without having a police report for what when you know what happened needless to as a special trip had to be made to the bank to withdraw the money and redeposit into the shared branch account that it was accidentally taken from.......
