I first got an account at Citizens State Bank after I got my first job about 10 years ago. It was one of the 3 main banks in our small town. Since then I've had two types of accounts with them. A savings and checking account. They have never giving me any trouble in regards to those accounts and their new addition of mobile deposit is amazing now that I live in a different city. Whenever I do make it into town and visit their location the tellers always greet me by name, which is impressive since I live 3 hours away and go inside at most 3 times a year. Their fees are reasonable but do get slightly annoying since they add up over time.
