Glad I called their Customer Service first. The CSR was nice but informed me that I would have to apply in Person. Somewhat difficult since I live in Texas.

I don't see that requirement on their website. Anyway, for locals might be a good bank to place one of your CD ladder deposits!

The bank tellers are all friendly inside and at the outside window. The only thing that I didn't like was that there was a fee if the saving's account balance dropped below a certain amount. I was charged a fee so I ended my saving's account, not wanting to deal with the hassle of a fee.
