Monticello Banking Company is one of the best banks that I have ever been to. Everyone is so friendly and eager to help. Not only did I switch my accounts there, but my wife did also. The company that I work for banks there as well. If your're not banking with Monticello Banking Company then you should be.
Best local bank around.
I switched to the local bank downtown from where I work about 6-8 months ago. I got tired of all the ridiculous fees I was constantly getting from BB&T. So far I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Monticello Banking Company. They are always very friendly and helpful, it's like going to see an old friend when I go to the bank now. They are always very quick and efficient too, no long waits. I haven't had a single charge I wasn't expecting as well and their fees are very reasonable. I would recommend this bank to all my friends and family.
Been A HORRIBLE Experience
The line to call and check your balance and history does not hardly ever work. Now I am stuck out of state because I depended on using my debit card. My payroll of over 1500.00 is direct deposit every week. Now ALL OF THE DEBIT CARDS ARE NOT WORKING. I have learned a lesson. DO NOT USE THIS BANK. THEY CAN NOT GET THIER ACT TOGETHER. THEY WILL LEAVE YOU IN A BAD SPOT. THANKS TO THEM I WILL BE IN A SHELTER TIL THEY GET OUR CARDS WORKING
