HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have been banking here since 2005. My daughter is a child who works and needs her checks cahsed. I normally, at the sunbury branch, have no issues with cashing her checks for her, as she is a minor and I do not want her to have her own account until she is an adult. The selinsgrove branch ALWAYS gives an attitude about it and today was by far the most ignorant disrespectful incident to date with this bank. My grandmother, who has been banking with NN for 20+ years took my daughter to cash a check today and the woman, with short blonde hair, was extremely ignorant and would not allow it. SHE IS A CHILD!!! She doesnt have to have her own account yet!! An ADULT that banks there, AND HAS BEEN FOR YEARS! should be able to cash a check for a child. Me, My fiance and my grandmother will be switching banks. No matter what the situation, no one deserve to be treated like that and that they should be ashamed of themselves to act in such a manner. disgusting! dont tell me you cant do something that has been being done at another branch, the entire time this child has been working. A minor can't even get online and open their own account so why would they need one to cash a check that their parents bank at?? makes zero sense. And yet no one is ever available for walk in to open an account, you need an appointment to even do so. again, Sunbury and Northumberland employees are always great but that Selinsgrove branch needs a new manager to get her employees in check and learn how to treat their customers, especially around children! Im sure no one cares, obviously, but 3 accounts will now be closed once we set up with another bank!!!
