I have a new loan with this bank. It has been a headache trying to pay on it! It’s a mess, from the staff all the way down to the app! Do not use this bank!
Was Excited Due To Low Rates Posted But Move On Folks.
I was so excited to join this credit union to take advance of their low posted on the web auto loan rates. I opened an account that took 2 days of back and forth emails but it go done. They did a hard pull just to open an account and it was not disclosed in a manner that you would know. First DING! I did not like that at all. Then I applied for a auto loan and uploaded the information in their archaic systems. I found out I qualified for their top tier. with a 730 credit score. then I was asked for tax returns which I provided and they declined me without as so much as a call because i had an account reporting later on my bureau that was incorrect ben though my score was 730. I had disputed it and they were removing it. They refused to give me the name of who denied my loan nor to speak to the loan origination manager. I HAVE NEVER BEEN DENIED ANYTHING in 20 years. GO TO DCU.ORG and JOIN DCU lower rates and state of the art technology and a smiling face on the other end always. I went to the other CU to save a point on the interest, NOT WORTH IT !
