Average Credit Union
TruService is average. They do offer some decent products and rates but they make many credit products hard to obtain versus other credit unions. Their employees do their jobs but some of them aren't the nicest people and friendliness and customer service are at the top of my priority list and TruService drops the ball here. They certainly do not stand behind their vision statement and you can find many other local credit unions that will treat you better.
A Terrible Credit Union Compared To Others
They make it very difficult for certain people with certain types of income to obtain credit products. They also are known to give conflicting informatoin depending on who you talk to and they do not stand by their customers or their mission statement. This is just not a good credit union compared to the many other ones that actually help all their customers and not just some of them. Major fail TruService try living up to your mission statement before you lose even more customers besides me and my family.
Awful Credit Union
This credit union is one of the worst credit unions I have ever joined. I ended up leaving this place after continuous misinformation was given to me by different representatives that ended up creating more problems instead of solutions like they are always promoting. I have also found their credit products to be impossible to obtain and their loan officers are powerless to help you even with a flawless history. Terrible credit union
