Treats Their Customers Inhumanely
My dad has a loan with this bank. He recently went into hospice care, and I called them to explain that he would be a couple of months behind while I arranged for his home care and insurance. I informed them that I would catch up on his payments by next month. They told me that they would not wait for one month and were going to pursue foreclosure immediately. My father is 89, bedridden, and they would rather evict him than give him one more month to catch up on his two payments. This bank lacks humanity, and while John and LaToya claim to want to help, the only assistance they offer is to give you one week to make the payments. They will not notify you of the consequences of being even one month behind. Moreover, they will completely ignore your calls and emails while you attempt to make the payment. Their only intention is to foreclose on people's homes. Stay away from this bank at all costs or risk losing your home.
