I love this bank. Every time I walk into the bank I am greeted by the tellers by name. It makes me feel special and warm. Then after they finish my transaction flawlessly, they always ask me if I would like a cookie. This bank bakes their cookies in-house and they are so delicious! It's always a nice part of my day when I am there. I'm thankful to be part of this bank.

Great Bank

Last year when I moved to Philadelphia, I happened to walk by a small bank on 36th and Market st called UniBank. They had an offer for 1.3% return on a 24 month CD, which is pretty high nowaways for banks with physical locations. Turns out, this bank is mainly in the Northeast and they also have slightly higher yield savings accounts as well. I opened my account there in August, 2016 and have been very happy with the interest rates and the service. They are open on many holidays as well, which has made it easy for me to access them whenever I have a question or have a banking need. Since they are a smaller branch, they focus more on customer service, and I feel like I am not just a number to them. The tellers both know me by name and always greet me with a smiling face. I currently only have a CD with them, but will consider opening another savings account in the near future.
