Applied for 23-month CD, to be funded by EFT from my checking account at another bank. My application was refused because it exceeded $10K. Didn't see that in terms. My bad.

Staff out of the Canton, Ohio branch are rude and unprofessional. Horrible communication with mortgage documentation. I would not recommend this bank.
