Mary,

Have no idea what you are talking about.  Once a membership is obtained through normal channels, what liability are you talking about??  Why would a CU employee be fraudulent about membership?  What is there to gain for her/him? 

The eligibility of CU membership is established and approved by CU employees, so I have to plead ignorance of what you are referring here.

Please give very "specific" examples/cases for clarification.
