Multiple Signature Cards

We have an account that is a LTD partnership account with 2 officers and an agent listed as signers on the account.  Due to extenuating medical conditions one of the officers, signed a duplicate signature card.  We now have two signature cards, one has 2 signers and the other, one signer.  Both cards list all signers as authorized.  It is OK to have two cards for one account?  My thought is that it is probably legal and enforceable but but should the account ever be challenged in court, the court could decide if multiple cards reflect the same legal contract.
