Information Compromised Via Third Party Vender?

Has one received a sunglasses spam sent from pingridy.com using the FROM address of hiworld.us?  The reason I ask is we received two almost identical spam messages to two separate unique email addressed used only for banking with their respective financial institution. Theses email addresses are used only with that institution and nothing else, thus the information would have only been accessible by the bank staff or a third party.  Which leads me to suspect our account information, one from a national bank and another from small Credit Union, has been compromised via a third party vender.
