Fillable And Mail Tax Forms Question

Last year I was able to find a Fillable Form 1040 which I could fill in on the computer, print out and mail to the IRS. It seems the page is gone now and one has to Free E File which I do not want to do. Does anyone know if this Fillable Form is still available and can send me the link to it? I would really appreciate any help or information you might have that can help me find this link if it is still available. Thanks so much!

If you open the pdf form in Adobe reader you can fill out the form and print it out.

Right click on the little box in the upper right that states "Open With Different Viewer" and choose Adobe reader.

SB: Thanks but it is telling me that address isn't valid. When I return from my appointment, I will go on the IRS page and see if I can find what you are trying to send me. Much appreciation for your help.
