Cashback Checking

I've been using Discover's Cashback checking for several years now, but I'm getting a little frustrated with it. From a few places that don't accept Discover and a couple apps that won't let me reload funds from my debit card for an unknown reason. Looking for a similar account with Visa/MasterCard debit card. Could someone please recommend one? Would be great if it's at least 10 cents/transaction.
