Venue For Rating A Bank Or Credit Union

I posted recently here about a credit union refusing to honor a POA and withholding funds as well as its misrepresenting our options for retrieving those funds.  I have since filed a complaint with the NCUA and local attorney general's office and have been advised it appears consumer protection laws were violated.  My question to the community, is there a Yelp type site where one can post a negative review of a banking experience without fear of legal action against the critic?

You can post a review right here at DepositAccounts - and this site is widely used so has impact.

As for the liability issue, there is no such protection no matter where you post -- it doesn't fail to be liable just because you post it that website instead of this website.
