Rejected By Some (Not All CU's. How Do I Straighten It Out?

I saw the report from a local CU, it showed too many times applying.  I lost the statement where I could've started to straighten out.  My credit is excellent (781 FICO) so that has nothing to do with it.  One local CU, I got halfway through applying, gave up and it still shows up on this report.

Anyone know who issues these reports, so I can go to work on it?  Thanks.

They possibly use ChexSystems, so it would be worth checking your record there. https://wallethub.com/edu/what-is-chexsystems/13131/

You might want to call the toll-free number and speak to a CSR. Computers these days do weird things. I suspect it's for a reason (to deter hackers), but it can be a pain. I was "frozen" out of my Patelco account a week or so ago. Darndest thing. Spent a half hour on the phone with the CSR, she got tech help on the line, and they finally figured out I had inadvertently used a lower-case letter in my password instead of the proper upper-case letter. I tried the password three times with the same error, then (according to Patelco's tech gurus), the computer determined I might be a hacker, and froze the account.
