Which Banks/Credit Unions Are Great At Doing ACH Transfers?

I'm wanting to move my core checking account from Bank of America due to numerous problems & need a new home for automatic bill pay, etc... but most importantly I need to find an entity who will do the ACH push & pull without hassle & without charge & who will me manage my own money. Can you help?

If you schedule the transaction before 1:00 PM Eastern time, you will have the money the next business day. I have never had a transfer take more than a day, in or out.

The ACH limit was $100K, but there are now various reports of it being $25K or $50K. In testing, I cannot schedule more than $25K in a day.

I can say now that Wells Fargo is my is my mover bank. In my area WF is the fastest as far as bill pay. I used to have retirement ck go to them and then same day it to another bank in person for higher interest rate. To pay bills I would "in person" pull the funds to pay bills and deposit back to WF and hit send on the bill pay date and done. Bill recipients get their money in 2 days at the most. I no longer have my retirement ck sent there and just have enough money in my account to avoid fees and get the free bill pay service. They hate me as I was grandfathered in because of the Wachovia take over which allows me to maintain less in my qualification account than regular customers. The one good thing about all this was that the banks involved were next door to each other and now I only have to go to "banks" once a month. I consider this to be an answer to your "management and no hassle" issues.
