Trouble Connecting To Some CU Homepages? Especially Penfed

Having trouble connecting to some CU homepages, especially PenFed. Most CUs work fine.

This is not a login problem - can't reach homepages at all.

With Chrome on Windows or a Chromebook, it displays "Establishing Secure Connection" in the lower left corner for about 30 seconds, then "This site can't be reached... took too long to respond."

Doesn't work on any browser - Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Opera - or an unmodified Chromebook in Guest Mode.

My broadband tests fine on speed and line quality. Not using WiFi. Power-cycled the ISP box a couple of times didn't help. Changing DNS doesn't help.

A friend in the same city is seeing the same problem.

Anyone else seeing this?

A couple of weeks later, it started working again.

On Win 10 & Firefox Southeast near instant connection

No problem connecting. Windows 7, Firefox, Suddenlink.

Penfed.org came up for me no problem.
