Pure Point New Bank With Good Rates?

Anyone familiar with Pure Point Financial (www.purepoint.com)? According to their website they are offering good savings and short term CD rates. Claims to be a new US affiliate of Mitsubishi Bank of Japan. Says they are FDIC insured but have limited brick and mortar branches.

I opened acct on their web page- attracted by their great 1 yr CD rates.Application went well & waited several days for sample deposits to my checking acct to complete transaction.W/no sample deposits- phoned Pure Point- was advised that they would send sample deposits a 2nd time.After several more days w/no sample deposits- checked my checking acct bank- no problem on their end. Finally gave up & cancelled my CD application.
