Banks And CU's Capable Of Exchanging PGP Email

I've heard that there are some non-US banks that are capable of receiving and sending email (real email, not web messages). I heard a German bank is even capable of sending and receiving PGP encrypted email.

I have yet to find a bank or credit union in the US that has this capability. Anyone know of one?
