Does Anyone Know If There's A Quick Way To Verify If A Bank Accepts Municipality Or Public Funds?

Been looking to place some CD's directly with banks but many won't accept municipality or public funds. Does anyone know of a quick way to verify. I've located a few banks thanks to the site but the smaller banks can only take a single CD.

Any help would be appreciated. We prefer not to deal with brokers.
