I went & looked at the last 7-8 people who marked discover bank negative and guess what?

They ALL only posted a SINGLE time on DA.

The most recent one, is total BS as he claims to work for a bank but lost his life savings at discover.

Nobody is against regulation more than me. But this kind of crap needs to stop.

How about making people have a dozen posts before they can leave a negative review?

Look, I don't care if you open an account with Discover or not. But STOP LYING.

I appreciate this site but if anyone can make up fake reviews over & over again, it kind of defeats the purpose.

Count me as someone who banked with discover for years and did not lose a dime let alone my life savings.

But, I never pretended to work at a bank either.

I noticed NASA has a ton of negatives too. My experience. Fine.

Maybe its because I don't create problems where none exist?

Now, AA bank, I have had a few issues but have not posted a negative review.

Because I don't want deplorable to blow his brains out. (That was a joke)

I don't like the idea that a poster would post fake info about any institution but I would hate to see our posts more censored than they already are. Savers should take the responsibility to check other sites like Bankrate and Bauers for ratings on these institutions before they just go by what a poster on DA posts. When it comes to finding places for financial use, I never base my decision on just one site giving info on it. I do like to know if other savers have had particular problems dealing with a specific institution.

I have not noticed any censorship here. I don't want censorship but I would like at least users who post here regularly rather than just open accounts to bad talk a certain bank or cu.

The number of negative reviews for both Discover and NASA suggest its one or two people with a grudge fabricating multiple reviews. I have not had an issue with either of them. The only issues I have had are with All American but they are nothing I would post a 1 star review over. If I were to do a review, and I have not yet, It would probably be 3 stars just for the issues related to moving money in and transferring out over so much. Depolarble used to answer my question but he has been MIA for a week so I hope he is ok or on vacation. He is AAs biggest fan.
