DIME Community Bank 4 Year CD Rate

Just learned DIME Community Bank out of Brooklyn, NY has a 2.75% 4 year CD rate. I wonder how long this will last. I know very little of the bank but there facilities in Sunnyside, Long Island City look pretty nice.

Several years back, I had an IRA CD with Dime. While I had certain trepidations (mostly geographic), the experience was a "10" (on a scale of 1 - 10).

I do still have an account with Dime Savings Bank of Williamsburg Station Brooklyn NY
Opened way back in '09. Still use it for BillPay.
