Popular Bank Direct has implemented a 60 day hold as of March 15, 2018 on many accounts. They continue to this past the 60 day hold. I have talked to numerous people in their call center including Miss Santana, a supervisor. They always say that they will return my money but nothing happens. I asked that the head of their call center a Miss Ruth talk to me but they keep saying she needs to call me back. I have been calling and trying get my money back from May 12 to June 8. Their stock answer is that the fraud department is holding things up. I think that some authorities need to look into this. Can anyone help with who to contact to file a complaint?
