Has anyone been able to get the hold lifted yet? And/or managed to get their money back?

No. This bank locked my account. They asked for more information. I sent my information about the linked account and they acknowledged receiving it.That was over 4 weeks ago May 12. It is now June 12, 2018.

I have talked to numerous people in your call center including Miss Santana, a supervisor. They always say that they will return my money but nothing happens. I asked that the head of their call center, a Miss Ruth talk to me but they keep saying she needs to call me back.

They will still not send me back my money. Shame on this company.

If you mean popular, yes. It took 6 days after I sent what they wanted. But, my account also is now over 60 days old too.

Small transfer out yesterday, large one today.
