I have an advertised D/L speed of 50 mbps on Cox.

Is there that much traffic lately?

I have been on daily, and no problems.

When the browser gets slow, of course shutting it down and starting over help, but also, if the internet in general is slow, check your DNS. Free DNS tools are out there to help you check and make recommendations for changes.
