$35 to move it out of my credit union to my broker. No fees in the future.
So the 35 will be made up easily.
I like the idea of the HSA compounding via my investments for many years. Doubt I will need the cash unless I have serious health problems like the $6500 deductible 20 years in a row...if I live that long.
Pay it separate or out of the HSA?
Balance is just $14,800 and will be adding $4500+ a year since I am over 55 now.
A side question: Can I save receipts and take out 10 years of medical bills 10 years from now at once if I want?
Right now, I spend less than $400 a year on everything. 1 Dr visit & medications, all generic.
