Money was suppose to be deposited but they had the wrong g account number. How can u notify the bank to give correct info

Who was supposed to deposit the money? Who are the "they" who had the wrong account number? Where are the funds now? What bank do you wish to notify -- the receiving bank or the bank where the funds are coming from?

Most likely the answer to "Where are the funds now?" is, "In someone else's account." ;-)
