Is This Email Misleading/Dishonest?

Today is twice I got what I consider misleading emails from All American Bank.

Its probably their billpay provider but nonetheless.

I don't consider this spam to be important and them implying so makes me want to never use their billpay again.

(I did not like it as well as others, thats why I stopped using it)

Yeah, that's pretty misleading/annoying. If you have time, call that phone number to complain about it. If enough people do that, maybe they'll rethink their alarmist email phrasing.

PS: Note that the bank name is All America, not All American. All America Bank is the sister bank of Redneck Bank, which runs on the same back-end software, so it's probably sending similar annoying messages too.
