Maximum Daily/Monthly Withdrawal Amount

I called CS (not very friendly). She stated if I initiate my withdrawal from another institution (Schwab in my case) I can withdraw any amount daily or monthly. If initiated from Vio it is $5000 daily or $20000 a month. Can anyone verify this?

What are your limits on transfers?
After account opening, we currently have a $5,000 daily limit and a $20,000 monthly limit to move funds either to Vio or to another bank using Vio Bank's native external transfer function. There are no limits on the amount you can deposit or withdraw using third party transfer services or a transfer service from another bank. Deposits may also be made by mobile deposit (check) and wire.
